Pin Pads are designed to attach to existing EPoS equipment. Terminals are designed to run processing software and include bank dial-up facilities as well as a printer for receipts and reports. Mounts are available in a variety of designs and heights to hold the pin pads and terminals.

Do you already have a Merchant Account?
You will need to have a merchant account to receive credit/debit card payments before you can use a chip and pin terminal. If you don't have a merchant account already, please contact your Bank Manager first to apply for one.

Save Money
When setting up your merchant account, most banks will offer to lease you the Chip and Pin equipment for a monthly fee for a minimum contract term (12 months, 36 months etc). This can work out to be quite expensive over the long term. Our prices relate to an outright equipment purchase so in most cases works out much cheaper. We are also the better option for replacement Chip and Pin equipment.

Compatibility
Please remember to check compatibility of the specific make/model of Chip and Pin equipment you intend to purchase with your merchant account provider. Most of our products are designed to be compatible with all the major banks direct card processing systems including Natwest Streamline, HSBC, Barclays Merchant Services, Lloyds TSB CardNet and others. You will need to arrange with your bank to get the dial-up configuration and access details as well as to download their software onto the chip and pin terminal. If you are using a 3rd-party EPoS system, please check equipment compatibility and software download requirements with your system provider.
