to discuss requirements and place orders.
Please telephone us first to make an
appointment.
Collections
Most orders are dispatched by courier from
our warehouse in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire.
If you would like to collect your order instead,
please let us know at the time you place your
order.
Our warehouse is located within easy distance
of the M25 (j23), A1M (j4) and A414 (near
Hatfield Galleria). For customers using public
transport, there is a regular train service
from London Kings Cross station (30-minute
journey) to Welwyn Garden City.
We will contact you with a Collection Reference
No. on the day your order is ready to be collected
and provide you with directions.
The Collection Reference
No. issued by our Sales Office must be given
on collection before goods can be released.
If you paid by credit/debit card, the original
card together with photo ID (a driving license
or passport) and a utility bill will also
be required.
